How long do leopard geckos need to adjust to new habitat? - geckos

OK, I just got a new baby leopard gecko yesterday. I also have 1 year old Leopard Gecko. I have the two in a 40 liter tank with a divider, so you do not interact. I know you are stressed with the new environment and do not eat. How long do geckos need to adjust to their new habitat? And if they want to feed the geckos should not only take the trouble? How long?

Each sample is different, it could be anywhere upwards to 6 weeks. For food that does not interfere with only the food in the tank. After a week when the gecko is less stressed and to put his hand into the tank and see what he does and will repeat every week until it's nice to be home with you.

Best of luck.

The largest gecko have more time to adjust, just a week or so. The youngest did not have much time to adjust properly, you just need a little time to keep you fit! Do not let them interact again, wait until you made with the outside world, then swap the speakers for about a week and then exchange it for a week, then they should be comfortable on the road are BFF's Note: Make sure that they men and women or two women when the two men who fight to the death if they are older! When feeding its just the food in the bowl seat and let stand for several hours, then take the food to omit the fine, if we see the power of a few meters can not see! Make sure they feel safe enough to eat! And do not eat the majority of geckos mSnake, under pressure or not, if it moves eat it!

I would say 1-2 weeks to adjust to. To throw the food as you would normally do.
